Booking, changing a shoot, signing in, your photos and paying. Search, or tap a question to open it.
Go to the booking form. There's no account to set up first; your email is enough, and the first time you book we also ask for your name.
Press Confirm booking to finish. Nothing is charged on the form; we invoice after the shoot.
On the booking form. Every service shows its price, including GST, and the summary keeps a running total. You can look without booking; nothing is saved until you press Confirm booking.
The Agents and Builders buttons at the top switch between the two price lists. Once your photos are delivered, the gallery's Add more services panel lists extras with their prices, or Account price on some office accounts.
No. Nothing is charged on the booking form. The total you confirm, including GST, goes on your booking, and we invoice after the shoot.
How and when to pay is on the invoice itself; see Invoices and paying.
If you picked a time, you're booked in for it: the Booking received page says so, and your portal shows the booking as Booked. We'll call if anything needs to change. If you ticked No preference, see I don't know the time yet.
Online changes close 24 hours before the shoot; see Changing or cancelling. To see all your bookings and photos later, sign in with the same email. There's no password; we email you a link.
Use the Builders button at the top of the booking form. It switches to the builders and developers price list, and Agents switches back. On the builders list, the office field is called Company.
Not sure which list your project belongs on? Call us on 0414 685 933.
That message shows when the form has nothing it can offer online at that moment, for example if the price list didn't load. Try reloading the page. If it's still there, call us on 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media and we'll book you in.
Usually not. A booking that goes through takes you to the Booking received page. If you're still on the form with one of these messages, it wasn't saved, and what you typed is still there.
If the message is just Something went wrong — please try again, or call us, the connection dropped, and the form has already tried once more by itself. Pressing Confirm booking again is safe: if your booking was saved, you're taken to it rather than booked twice. Still stuck? Call us on 0414 685 933.
Not in one booking. Each booking is for one property, so book each address separately on the booking form. Each one gets its own Booking received email and its own link to manage it.
After your first booking, the form usually recognises your email and says Welcome back, so you won't need to type your details again. If you're signed in, it already knows who you are.
They're add-ons to a daylight photo package, so they stay hidden until you pick one. Choose a photography size or a package first and they appear. You may also see a few Pairs with photography shortcuts under the list.
The stand-alone aerial option works the other way round: it's for aerial on its own, so it disappears once you pick a photo package.
Some sections start folded up to keep the list short. Tap a section heading (it shows how many options are inside) to open it.
Still not there? Some options only show once you've picked a photography size or a package, like twilight and the aerial add-on. Some stand-alone options are swapped for a package version once you pick one. A package you've picked may already include it, or it may not be on your price list. Call us on 0414 685 933 if you need something you can't see.
Yes, for anything priced per room or per image. Those services have − and + buttons, the price shows per unit, and the total updates. Everything else is booked once per order.
Services that come in sizes, like photo counts or floor-plan sizes, are one choice. Tap a different size to swap; tap the selected one again to clear it.
It depends on the property and what you've booked. If you need to know, for example because an owner or tenant will be home, call us on 0414 685 933.
The booking form shows a rough on-site time beside the on-site services you pick, and at the top of the Pick a time step.
Each package on the booking form lists what it includes under its name, with one price for the lot. Packages are one choice: picking a package replaces any other, and tapping it again clears it.
Some packages also show a booked separately figure: what the same items come to at today's prices if you booked them one by one. On some office accounts that figure isn't shown.
A package already includes its photography, so the other photo sizes, and anything else it covers, are hidden while it's selected. That stops you paying for the same thing twice.
Per-image and per-room extras stay available beside a package. If you need more photos than the package covers, untick the package and choose a photography size and extras on their own, or call us on 0414 685 933.
Your office's account pricing decides what's on your form, and some office accounts don't include packages. Book the services you need one by one, or call us on 0414 685 933 and we'll help you put the order together.
No. Each service on your booking keeps the price it had when you booked. A price change only affects new bookings and anything added later.
If prices change while you have the form open, it tells you before anything is booked: Prices have changed since this page opened. Check the new total, then confirm again.
Sign in before you book. If you see Office account? Sign in to see your account pricing under the heading on the booking form, tap it, enter your email, and we'll email you a sign-in link that brings you back to the form. Otherwise sign in with the email we have for you, then use Book a shoot in your portal.
Signed in, step 2 shows Booking as with your name, and the prices on the form are the ones for your account.
Pricing follows who's signed in, not the email typed into the form. Book without signing in and you'll see and pay the standard prices.
Usually because you're not signed in, or someone else's account is signed in on this device. Pricing comes from the signed-in account only, never from the email typed into the form.
It depends on what you book. On the booking form, the photography sizes are photo-count ranges, each with its own price, and each package lists the photos it includes.
The beds and baths you enter in step 1 don't pick a size for you. Not sure which range suits the property? Call us on 0414 685 933.
Western Sydney and the Macarthur region, and the booking form takes any address. Whether a travel fee applies is worked out from the property's address when you book. If one applies, it shows in the order summary as Out of area travel, included in the total, before you confirm; a booking never gets a travel fee the form didn't show you.
For a property a long way out, call us on 0414 685 933 before you book.
No, we shoot on weekdays only, and not on NSW public holidays. In the time picker, days we don't shoot show as Closed.
If the listing goes live or the open home is on a weekend, allow for the turnaround when you pick the day. Photos back the next business day, video up to three business days.
The time picker shows every start time we have free that day, in half-hour steps, in Sydney time. A time only shows if the whole shoot fits in our hours that day, so a longer order can have fewer start times.
Twilight shoots run around sunset, so we confirm the exact start time with you after you book.
Not online for today. The form starts from the day after today, and a day that's too close to book online shows as Booked out. For anything urgent, call us on 0414 685 933.
The form shows the next 14 days. For a later date, tick No preference and put the date you want in Anything we should know?, or call us. With No preference you can also choose a time yourself later, from the Manage your booking online link in your confirmation email, once the date is within the next 14 days.
Try another day, or tick No preference and we'll arrange a time with you. If nothing in the next 14 days works, call us on 0414 685 933.
If the form says it couldn't load times, our calendar couldn't be read just then, so it doesn't mean we're booked out. Tick No preference and we'll arrange a time with you, or call us.
A ★ marks a time when we're already shooting near your property that day. Picking one saves us a separate trip. Any time shown is bookable, starred or not.
Stars only appear once we can place your address, and only on days we already have other shoots.
Yes. On the Pick a time step, tick No preference — we'll arrange a time with you. The Booking received page and email show the shoot time as to be arranged, and your portal shows the booking as Enquiry received until a time is set.
We'll be in touch to set a time, or you can choose one yourself from the Manage your booking online link in your confirmation email. Once a time is set, it shows on your manage page and in your portal.
Type it in yourself. The suggestions are only a shortcut, and they start after the first few characters. In that step, only the street address is required.
Add the suburb and postcode too, even if you picked a suggestion and they stayed blank. We use the full address to work out free times and any travel fee, so a complete address gives you the most accurate times.
Free times depend on the address (drive time between shoots) and on how long your order takes on site. When either changes, the form reloads the times and clears the time you picked, so you choose again from what's actually free.
Further afield, a small travel fee can apply. The booking form adds it when the order needs us on site and the property is outside our standard area. It's worked out from the address, so it only appears once you've entered one.
On the form it shows as Out of area travel, its own line in the summary, included in the total, before you press Confirm booking. If the check when you confirm finds the fee applies but the form wasn't showing it, nothing is booked: the form adds the line and asks you to check the new total and confirm again. Your Booking received page and email list every line that was booked, including any travel fee. You can't remove it on the form. If you think it shouldn't apply, call us on 0414 685 933.
When it applies, the Out of area travel line on the booking form shows the amount for your price list before you confirm. It's also on your Booking received page and in your confirmation email, like any other line.
It only applies to orders that need us on site. Whether it applies is worked out from the address, so a property near the edge of our area may or may not attract it. Questions about it? Call us on 0414 685 933.
That time stopped being free while you were choosing, usually because someone else booked it. Nothing was booked for you. We check the time again just before saving, to avoid giving the same time out twice.
The form loads fresh times. Pick another and confirm again. You can see the same message when moving a booking on your manage page; choose a different time there too.
In the last step, Access & notes. Pick an option under How do we get in? (agent meeting us, lockbox or key safe, key from the office, occupied by a tenant or owner, or vacant and unlocked). Then put the details in Anything we should know?: the lockbox code, parking, pets, features to highlight.
Both are optional, and only our team sees them.
Reply to your Booking received email or call us on 0414 685 933 with the change. If the shoot is close, call rather than email.
Your manage page can change the time, cancel and take files, but it can't edit access or notes.
Upload them to your booking. When your order needs a file from you, like the plans for a redraw, there are two shortcuts:
For any booking, use Documents & files on your manage page (the Manage your booking online link in your confirmation email). It takes any plan, sketch or reference, even when the order doesn't need one. Files stay with your booking, and our team is told when one arrives.
PDFs and images: PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, and iPhone photos (HEIC). Each file can be up to 20 MB, and a booking can hold up to 25 files. You can pick several at once.
A file of the wrong type, or over the size, is flagged under the upload box as soon as you pick it, before anything is sent. If some files in a batch fail, it says how many didn't upload: choose those again, on the same page, and they're sent again. If the form says a file doesn't look like a real PDF or image, re-save or export it and try again. Still stuck? Email it to info@sabo.media with the property address.
If it says a file would go over the upload limit for this booking, the booking is full, or an upload that didn't finish (the page was closed part-way) is still holding its place for a little while. Email the file to info@sabo.media instead.
After uploading you'll see a tick with the number of files received, and each file is listed under Documents & files on your manage page.
If it says 0 files received and Those files are already on your booking, that file was already there. Nothing more to do.
You can't delete or swap a file yourself. To send a new version, rename it, upload it, and tell us which one to use: reply to your booking email or call 0414 685 933.
When you book online we email a confirmation with the subject Booking received and the property address. Check your spam or junk folder, and check the email you booked with: the booking is filed under whatever was typed.
If we booked the shoot for you, by phone or email, there's no Booking received email.
Either way, you can sign in with that email to see the booking in your portal. If it's not there, or you think the email was mistyped, call us on 0414 685 933.
We've got your order, but there's no shoot time on it yet. That happens when you ticked No preference, or when nothing on the order needs us on site, like a floor plan redraw from your plans.
With No preference, we'll be in touch to set a time, or you can choose one yourself from the Manage your booking online link in your confirmation email. When nothing needs a visit, there's no shoot to arrange (your confirmation and manage page say there's nothing to schedule); just upload any files the order needs. Not sure which yours is? Call us on 0414 685 933.
If you picked a time when you booked online, the Booking received email has a calendar invite attached (sabo-shoot.ics). Open it to add the shoot, with the address and services, to your calendar.
If you choose or change the time yourself on your manage page, the Booking updated email carries a new invite. Depending on your calendar app it may update the event or add a second one, so delete the old one if it stays. If we set or move the time for you, no new invite is sent: check the time on your manage page or portal and update your calendar yourself. Cancelling on your manage page sends a Booking cancelled email whose calendar update marks the shoot cancelled; if your calendar still shows it, delete it yourself.
Yes. In the late afternoon the day before a booked shoot, you should get a reminder with the address and time, asking you to have the property ready.
It goes to the person the booking is for, once for each shoot time, and only for bookings with a shoot time. If the shoot moves after the reminder has gone, you get another one for the new time.
Check your portal or manage page: they show the current time and status. If your portal shows the booking as Booked with a time, it's still on.
You might not get a reminder when:
If you're unsure, call us on 0414 685 933.
Every booking has its own manage page. You can get to it from any of these:
If we booked the shoot for you over the phone, there's no booking email. Use your portal, or call us on 0414 685 933 and we can send you the link.
Open your manage page and use Pick a new time: choose a day, tap a time, then Confirm new time. The new time is booked straight away. You can do this up to 24 hours before the shoot. After that, call us on 0414 685 933.
Times are Sydney time. Starred times, where you see them, are when we're already shooting nearby. Moving the time online doesn't change the price.
We email you a Booking updated note with the new time, the old time and a new calendar invite, and we're notified at the same moment. If your calendar ends up showing both times, delete the old one.
If someone else books the time while you're choosing, you'll see "that time was booked moments ago". Pick another one.
Open your manage page and go to Cancel this booking. Tap Cancel booking…, then Yes, cancel my booking. Keep it backs out. You can do this up to 24 hours before the shoot, and it's free. After that, call us on 0414 685 933.
We email you a Booking cancelled note, which says no cancellation fee applies, and we're notified at the same moment. The shoot time is released straight away.
If you'd added the shoot to your calendar, the Booking cancelled email carries a calendar update that marks it cancelled. Some calendar apps add that as a separate entry instead, so if the shoot still shows, delete it there yourself.
No time booked yet? The section is called Cancel this order instead, and cancelling just closes the order. Once we've started work on an order like that, it can't be cancelled online: the page says We've started on this order, so call us on 0414 685 933.
Online changes close 24 hours before the shoot. Inside that window, call us on 0414 685 933 to move or cancel it.
If you cancel inside 24 hours of the shoot, a cancellation fee may apply. See Is there a fee if I cancel or move my shoot?.
If the shoot time has already passed, the page says so instead. There's nothing to change online then; call us if you need anything.
Booking a time, or moving the shoot to one, that's less than 24 hours away? The order form, or your manage page, says so before you confirm, and there are no online changes from the moment it's booked. Your confirmation says to call us instead.
Not if you change it online in time. Moving or cancelling on your manage page is free up to 24 hours before the shoot: moving the time doesn't change the price, and the Booking cancelled email says no cancellation fee applies.
Inside 24 hours of the shoot, online changes are closed, so call us on 0414 685 933. If you cancel then, a cancellation fee may apply, whoever called it off: you, the vendor or the tenant. The order form states these terms under the shoot times before you book, and wherever the form, your manage page or your booking email mentions the fee, it shows the amount.
It's never added automatically. If one is added, it shows as its own line on your booking and your invoice.
$50.00 including GST. It may apply when a shoot is cancelled inside 24 hours of its time. Cancelling on your manage page before then is free.
It's never added automatically. If it is added, it shows as its own line on your booking and your invoice. Questions about a fee on your booking? Call us on 0414 685 933.
On your manage page you can pick a new shoot time, cancel the booking, and send us files (plans, sketches, references) under Documents & files. Time changes and cancelling close 24 hours before the shoot. On an order with nothing for us to shoot, cancelling online also stops once we've started work on it. Sending files stays open unless the booking is cancelled.
You can't add or drop a service, or change the property address or the access details, online. For those, call us on 0414 685 933, email info@sabo.media, or reply to your booking email, and we can update the booking for you.
Once your photos are delivered, extras and fixes are asked for from your gallery. See Your photos and downloads.
Online changes stop 24 hours before the shoot, and once the shoot time has passed. Sending files under Documents & files stays open unless the booking is cancelled. What else the page shows depends on where the booking is up to:
An order with nothing for us to shoot on site, like a floor-plan redraw, never offers a time to pick. You can still cancel it there until we've started on it.
If the page says it couldn't load available times, our calendar couldn't be read just then. Refresh in a minute, or call us on 0414 685 933 to move the shoot.
If the link opens a "page could not be found" message, it was probably cut short when it was copied. Open it straight from the email, or sign in to your portal and use Manage booking.
The manage page only shows the next 14 days, starting from the day after today. Days marked Booked out have no times left online, and days marked Closed are days we don't shoot (weekends and public holidays).
For a date further out, or a day that's booked out, call us on 0414 685 933 and we'll see what we can do.
Yes. If you ticked No preference when you booked, open your manage page and use Choose a time, then Confirm time. There's no cutoff, because no time is held yet. Or leave it with us and we'll arrange a time with you.
If everything on your order is done at our desk with no visit to the property (a floor-plan redraw from your plans, for example), there's no time to choose: the manage page says there's nothing to schedule and shows no time picker. Upload what we need under Documents & files instead.
Call us on 0414 685 933 and we'll talk it through with you.
The list is the record of what was booked, not a new charge. Cancelling online adds nothing, and the Booking cancelled email says no cancellation fee applies.
If the booking was cancelled by phone inside 24 hours of the shoot and a cancellation fee was added, it shows as its own line in that list.
We invoice after the shoot, so there's normally nothing to pay or refund. If an invoice for this booking still shows in your portal, or you'd already paid one, call us on 0414 685 933. More in My booking was cancelled — why is there still an invoice for it?
Not online. Cancelling releases the shoot time straight away, so the page only offers Book a new shoot.
Call us on 0414 685 933 as soon as you can and we'll try to put it back. If the old time has gone, we'll find another with you, or you can book again online.
Either someone with the manage link cancelled it online, or we cancelled it on our side. The link opens without signing in, so check whether someone else in your office used it.
An online cancellation emails a Booking cancelled note to the person the booking is under, so check that inbox. A cancellation on our side doesn't send an automatic email.
Either way, call us on 0414 685 933 and we'll check what happened.
Yes, while online changes are open. Sign in to your portal: each of the office's upcoming bookings has a Manage booking button, which opens the same page the agent gets. Inside 24 hours of the shoot, call us on 0414 685 933.
The Booking updated or Booking cancelled email goes to the agent the booking is under, not to you, and we're notified at the same moment.
Changes we make on our side, including a new time agreed over the phone or a cancellation, don't send an automatic email or calendar invite. Only changes you make yourself on your manage page do.
Your manage page and your portal show the time we have on the booking. If you'd added the shoot to your calendar from our email, update it there yourself.
If the time showing isn't what we agreed, call us on 0414 685 933.
Usually, yes. Each shoot time gets one reminder, by text or email, in the afternoon the day before the shoot, and it gives the time we have on the booking then.
If the reminder for the old time had already gone out, you get another one the afternoon before the new date. A shoot moved onto the next day still gets one if it's moved before that evening's last reminder run. Your manage page shows the current time.
With the email you booked with. There's no password: you sign in with a link we email you.
On the sign-in page, tap email me a sign-in link under the password boxes, enter your email and tap Email me a sign-in link. Open the email called 'Your SABO Media sign-in link' and tap Sign in. It takes you straight to your portal.
The link works once and lasts about an hour, so use it soon after it lands. If you have our Booking received email, its Open my portal button opens the same form, and so does Your portal on your manage page. Already signed in on that device? They take you straight to your portal instead.
Rather use a password? See I never set a password.
No. There's no sign-up form. Book a shoot with your email, and your first booking sets up your account under that address.
There's no password either. To see your bookings, photos and invoices later, sign in with that same email using an emailed link. See How do I sign in?.
Everything is filed by email address, so it's worth booking with the same one each time.
In your portal. Sign in with the email you booked with, using an emailed link (no password).
Each booking shows the property, its status and the shoot time (Sydney time), with buttons for what you can do next:
You can't change your details or get a statement in the portal. For either, call us on 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media.
Check spam, junk and promotions for 'Your SABO Media sign-in link'. It can take a minute or two.
Check the address. The page says 'If there's an account for …' whatever you type, so a typo, or an email you've never booked with, gets the same message and no email.
Don't keep pressing Resend. After a few requests for the same email (sign-in links and password resets count together), more aren't sent at all for about 15 minutes, though the page still says a link is on its way. Wait, then ask once more.
Still nothing? Call us on 0414 685 933. We can check which email your account is under and send you a link once the wait is over.
Each link works once and lasts about an hour. An older or already-opened link shows 'That link didn't work'. Tap Back to sign in, then email me a sign-in link for a fresh one. Asked more than once? Use the newest email.
Tapped it twice? The first tap probably signed you in. Try your portal in that same browser first.
The link signs in whichever browser opens it. Open it from your phone's mail app and you're signed in on your phone, sometimes only inside the mail app. To sign in on your computer, ask for a link there and open the email there.
If fresh links fail as soon as you open them, call us on 0414 685 933.
Your portal needs you signed in. Open it while signed out, from a bookmark say, and you land on the sign-in page, which starts on the password form. You don't need a password. Tap email me a sign-in link under it, and the link brings you back to the page you were after.
The gallery's 'sign in to see prices' link works the same way. You only need it to see your office's account pricing on extras; the photos themselves open without signing in.
Gallery, invoice and Manage booking links never need a sign-in. See Do I need to sign in to see my photos or pay?.
You don't have one, and you don't need one. Accounts made when you book, or that we set up for you, have no password: you sign in with an emailed link. Trying the password boxes anyway just gives 'That email and password didn't match'.
On the sign-in page, tap email me a sign-in link instead. See How do I sign in?.
Prefer a password? Tap Forgot your password?, enter your email and follow the emailed link to set one (at least 8 characters). After that you can sign in either way. The password form works for clients too, even though the link page labels it '(staff)'.
On the sign-in page, tap Forgot your password?, enter your email and tap Email me a reset link. Open the email called 'Reset your SABO Media password' and tap Set a new password.
Choose a password of at least 8 characters, type it twice and tap Update password. You're signed straight in and taken to your portal.
The reset link works once and lasts about an hour. No email? The same checks apply as for sign-in links: see the sign-in email hasn't arrived. And if you'd rather skip passwords altogether, email me a sign-in link gets you in without one.
Reset links work once and last about an hour. If the link says 'That link didn't work', or saving says 'We couldn't update your password', go back to the sign-in page and ask for a fresh one with Forgot your password?.
That same message can show when the new password itself isn't accepted. If your link is fresh, try a different, longer password before asking for another link.
Need to get in right now? Email me a sign-in link gets you in without a password. Sign-in links and reset emails share one limit, though: after a few requests for the same email in a short space, neither arrives for about 15 minutes, so wait that long before asking again.
Usually not. Someone may have typed your email into our sign-in page by mistake. The email comes only to your inbox, and its link works once and lasts about an hour.
If you leave it unopened, nothing changes. A reset email doesn't touch your password unless you open it and choose a new one.
If they keep coming, call us on 0414 685 933.
Tap Sign out at the top of your portal. That signs your account out everywhere: your phone, other computers, any browser you've used, not just the one in front of you.
Signing back in works the same as before: email me a sign-in link on the sign-in page.
Only need to hand the computer to someone else for a booking? Use Not you? Sign out on the booking form instead. See Someone else needs to book from my computer.
On the booking form, while you're signed in, the Your details step says Booking as with your name. Tap Not you? Sign out next to it before anyone starts filling in the form: it reloads the form empty, so anything already entered is lost. It signs out this browser only; your phone stays signed in.
The next person then types their own email, and their booking goes on their own account. Prices show without any account pricing until they sign in themselves.
Only if we have you under two different emails. Usually that's from booking once with a work email and once with a personal one, or from booking with a different address from the one we set you up under. A booking goes on whichever account has the email you use, even when the form doesn't say Welcome back (that can happen on a busy shared office connection). Fill in your name if it asks; it won't start a second account or change the details we hold.
If that has happened, each portal shows only its own bookings. Call us on 0414 685 933 and we can merge them. After that, sign in and book with the email we keep.
Booking for a colleague? Use their email and it goes on their account, not yours. If you're signed in, tap Not you? Sign out on the form first.
Call us on 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media and we'll change your name, mobile or agency. There's no settings page in the portal, and typing new details into the booking form doesn't change what we hold for an existing account.
Your email is different: it can't be edited on an account. Call us and we can set you up under the new address and move your bookings, photos and invoices across. After that, sign in and book with the new email; the old one stops signing in.
Moved offices? Let us know, so your new bookings are filed under your new office. Earlier jobs usually stay with the office you were with at the time.
Quite possibly. Accounts are filed by email, and we may already have set one up for you, with no password. To check, go to the sign-in page, tap email me a sign-in link and use the email you usually book with. If there's an account under that address, the link arrives.
Passwords don't carry over from anywhere else, including any other site you've ordered from us on. Use the emailed link, or set a password here with Forgot your password?.
No email after a few minutes, and nothing in spam? We may have you under a different address. Call us on 0414 685 933 and we'll check, rather than you starting a second account.
Just booked? It can take a few moments to appear. Refresh the page.
Scroll down. Bookings are listed by shoot date, latest first, so a shoot weeks away sits above next week's. Anything without a shoot time yet goes below all the dated ones, often right at the bottom.
Check you're signed in with the email you booked with: the one you typed to get your sign-in link. The portal only shows bookings made under that email. A booking made with a different address, or by a colleague under theirs, is on that account instead. See two accounts.
Still missing? Call us on 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media and we'll find it.
If we re-open a delivered job for changes, it can show Photos in production again. Its gallery usually stays open in the meantime.
As a guide: Photos back the next business day, video up to three business days.
Yes, once we've set your account up as the office admin for your agency; call us on 0414 685 933 to ask. Then your portal shows your own jobs plus every job filed under your office, with the same buttons: photos, invoices, and Manage booking for upcoming shoots.
The cards don't say which agent each job belongs to, so go by the address.
When we email that one of your office's galleries is ready, office admins are on the list by default, so you'll usually get a copy. Signed in, you can also keep your office's logo on file: in a gallery, tick Add my watermark, upload the logo, then tap Save this logo to my agency.
Your office admin can, if your office has one set up with us. They see every job filed under your office in their own portal: the photos, the invoices, and Manage booking for upcoming shoots. They're usually copied on the email saying a gallery is ready, too.
Other agents at your office don't see your jobs in their portals. The only other way in is a link: anyone you forward a gallery, invoice or Manage booking link to can open that page.
Want to know who your office admin is? Call us on 0414 685 933.
They just book. On the booking form, they use their own email and type the office name under Agency / office. Their first booking sets up their account.
If they type the office name exactly as we have it, their bookings are usually filed under your office straight away and show in the office admin's portal. If it's spelt differently (a slightly different branch name, say), or your office has its own account pricing, we check it and link them by hand, so give us a call on 0414 685 933 after their first booking to make sure it's sorted.
Booking for them yourself? See Can I book a shoot for one of our agents?.
A job is filed under an office when it's booked, from the agent's account at the time. If the agent wasn't linked to your office then (say a new agent whose office name we couldn't match), the job isn't filed under your office, so it doesn't show for you.
Call us on 0414 685 933. We can link the agent to your office for their next bookings and re-file earlier jobs one by one, so tell us the addresses. Invoices on those earlier jobs may still only show in the agent's portal; we can send you the invoice links.
An agent who moves to another office usually keeps their earlier jobs filed under the office they were with at the time.
Yes. While you're signed in, the booking form books under your own account (Booking as with your name), at your account's prices. To put it on the agent's account instead, tap Not you? Sign out on the form before you start (it clears anything already filled in), then type the agent's email. The booking goes on their account and shows in their portal, and in yours if they're linked to your office.
Booked that way, our booking emails go to the agent's address, not yours, and the prices are the standard ones: pricing follows who's signed in, never the email typed into the form. To keep your office's pricing, have the agent sign in and book, or call us on 0414 685 933 and we'll book it for them. Sign back in afterwards to see your portal.
No. The gallery link, the invoice link and the Manage booking link each open on their own, on any device, with no account or sign-in. The portal just gathers them in one place.
That also means anyone holding one of those links can use it. Forward a gallery or invoice link to whoever needs it, but keep the Manage booking link to yourself: whoever has it can reschedule or cancel the shoot. Forwarding your booking email passes that link on too. It doesn't hand over your photos, though: once they're delivered, the manage page only opens the gallery for someone signed in to your account.
Signing in mainly adds your portal, your email filled in on your own gallery's request forms, and your office's account pricing, if it has one, on the booking form and the gallery's extras.
Yes. Whoever has the link can see and download everything you can. If downloads are waiting on payment, they see the previews and the View & pay invoice button, same as you.
The gallery shows who it was prepared for (your name and agency). They can send edit or extra requests from it too. Those come to us on your job, nothing is charged until we confirm, and anything we go ahead with is added to your invoice.
If your office has account pricing, they see the extras without prices; those show only to someone signed in on that pricing, such as you. Unless they're your office admin, a co-agent won't see the job in their own portal, so the link is how they get it.
The link itself doesn't expire. It keeps working after the job is completed; a gallery closes if the booking is cancelled. How long the full-size files stay downloadable is a separate question, covered in Your photos and downloads.
A gallery link can't be swapped for a new one, and short of cancelling the booking it can't be switched off, from your side or ours. So forward it only to people you're happy to have the photos. If one has gone somewhere it shouldn't, call us on 0414 685 933.
Galleries are marked so search engines don't list them; people reach one through its link.
The usual reason is a merge. When someone ends up with two accounts, say one under a work email and one under a personal one, we move the bookings, photos and invoices onto one and switch the other off. Sign-in links for the old email then won't arrive, or open on 'That link didn't work'.
Sign in with the email of the account we kept. If you book with the old email by habit, the booking still goes on the kept account, shows in your portal, and its confirmation goes to the kept email. The page you land on after booking shows the start of that email and its domain, to sign in with.
Gallery, invoice and Manage booking links you already have keep working. Not sure which email we kept, or think it's a mistake? Call us on 0414 685 933.
Use the download button above the photos. On most galleries it reads Download all, and it gives you one zip named after the address, with the photos and floor plans at full resolution. Floor plans sit in a floorplans folder.
On a big shoot it's split into Part 1 of 3, Part 2 of 3 and so on instead. Download every part, as each holds different files.
A few things aren't in the zip:
The zip holds the untouched originals. Download size and Add my watermark only apply when you download photos one at a time from the grid.
Tap the ⤓ button on the photo. Above the grid, Download size decides what you get:
Use full resolution for print and for anything you'll edit further. If a website or app asks for a smaller file, pick the size closest to what it asks for. Smaller sizes and watermarked copies are made in your browser and saved as JPEG files, with the size (and wm, when watermarked) added to the file name. A photo that's already smaller than the size you pick isn't enlarged.
Your choice is remembered in this browser, on other galleries too. If downloads keep coming out small, check Download size is back on Full resolution.
Two ways back in. Search your inbox for the property address: the email is from SABO Media, its subject usually ends "is ready", and it has a View & download button. Or sign in and open your portal, where each delivered property has a View & download photos button.
No password? On the sign-in page choose email me a sign-in link and use the email address the shoot was booked under.
The gallery link itself doesn't change, so a bookmark keeps working. Still stuck? Call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media and we'll send it again.
No. The gallery link opens without signing in, on any device, for anyone you send it to. They see the same photos and downloads you do, with your name and agency at the top.
Signing in adds a few things: your account's prices under Add more services if your office has its own pricing, your email filled in on the request forms, and, for an office admin, saving the office's watermark logo. Your portal also lists every booking in one place. More on sharing links under Signing in and your portal.
The link is right; the photos just aren't released yet. Nothing shows on the gallery until we deliver the job, and then the same link opens with everything on it. There's nothing you need to do.
Been told they're ready? Refresh the page, as it may have been opened before we delivered. If it still says Being prepared, call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media.
For how long editing usually takes, see Good to know.
That booking was cancelled, so there's no gallery behind the link. If that's news to you, or the shoot went ahead, call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media and we'll work out what happened.
Usually, yes. The gallery shows what's on your job now. When we swap in an edited version, add a floor plan or video, or take out a photo that shouldn't be there, it shows at the same link straight away. There's no new link to wait for.
If you had the page open while that happened, Download all may say This gallery changed since the page loaded. Reload the page and download again.
If something you expected is missing, call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media.
Yes. The cover is simply the first photo in the gallery's order, which we set. Tell us which one you'd like first, on 0414 685 933 or at info@sabo.media, and we'll move it.
Changing the order doesn't change the photos themselves, and the link stays the same.
Yes, download every part. On a big shoot the files are split across Part 1, Part 2 and so on, and each part holds different files. Together they're the whole gallery.
It's split so each download finishes cleanly, instead of one huge zip failing halfway. Each part saves as its own zip, named with the address and the part number.
Downloading them one after another is fine. If you see Too many downloads at once, wait a few minutes and carry on. Everyone on the same office internet connection, and everyone downloading the same gallery, counts towards that limit.
That part stopped early, or couldn't fetch a file in time, so it closed the zip cleanly rather than hand you a broken one. Everything else in the zip is fine.
Open files-not-included.txt. It lists the missing files and has a link that downloads the rest of that part. You can also download those photos one at a time from the gallery.
If the link answers This gallery changed since the page loaded, we've updated the gallery since. Reload the gallery page and download that part again.
No. The grid shows smaller preview copies so the page loads quickly, even on a phone. What you download is the full-resolution original, unless you've picked a smaller Download size or added your watermark.
The big photo at the top of the page is shown from the full-size file, so it's a fair guide to the real thing. While downloads are locked, or after the photos are archived, it's a preview copy too.
Open the gallery in Safari and tap ⤓ on a photo. Safari usually saves it to the Files app, in Downloads, rather than straight into Photos. From Files, open the photo, tap Share and choose Save Image.
For the whole shoot, a computer is easier. Download all gives you zip files, which are simpler to unpack and file on a computer than on a phone.
If your gallery has a listing kit, its tiles have their own Save to Photos button on iPhone.
Those apps open links in their own built-in browser, which often can't save files. So when the gallery is opened inside one (on an iPhone, or in an Android app), it hides the download buttons and Download all, and says to open the page in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) instead, with a Copy link button.
Use the app's menu to open the page in your browser, or tap Copy link and paste it there, then download from there. Same link, same gallery.
Copy for your listing description can be blocked in those browsers too. When it is, the sentence is shown selected so you can copy it by hand.
Yes, on photos you download one at a time. Above the photo grid, tick Add my watermark, then set:
Then tap ⤓ on each photo you want. Each one downloads with your logo, as a JPEG, at the Download size you've chosen. The ⤓ buttons stay greyed out until a logo is chosen.
Your position, size and opacity are remembered in this browser. An uploaded logo isn't, so upload it again next time or save it to your agency.
The zip is the clean full-resolution originals. The watermark is added in your browser, one photo at a time, so it only applies to the ⤓ downloads from the photo grid.
For a watermarked set, tick Add my watermark and download each photo from the grid. Floor plans don't get a watermark.
After uploading a logo, tap Save this logo to my agency. It becomes the Saved logo on every gallery for your agency, and replaces the watermark logo your office had on file, for everyone.
Only an office admin, signed in, can save it from the gallery. Anyone else sees Saved for this download only: the logo still works for what you're downloading now, it just isn't kept. To put one on file, sign in as the office admin, or send the logo to info@sabo.media and we'll set it up.
The logo needs to be a PNG, JPG or WebP under 3 MB. If no save button appears after you upload a logo, the booking isn't linked to an agency yet, so send the logo to us.
No. The gallery doesn't add one. Downloads are the files as we delivered them, and while downloads are locked the previews are plain smaller copies, not watermarked ones.
The only watermark is your own, if you tick Add my watermark when downloading single photos. See putting your logo on the photos.
Under Floor plans, further down the gallery. Tap ⤓ on a plan to download the original file we delivered, image or PDF. Floor plans are also in Download all, in a floorplans folder.
The size and watermark options are for photos only; plans always come as delivered.
No Floor plans section? Either there's no plan on this booking or it isn't in the gallery yet. Call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media and we'll check.
Scroll to Request a floor-plan change near the bottom of the gallery. Tap the plan, describe the change (a measurement, a room label, the layout), add an email address if you'd like updates, then tap Send request. A message under the button tells you it reached us, or that it didn't go through and nothing was sent.
It comes straight to us. Sending it doesn't charge anything, and we'll confirm before anything is charged. The corrected plan goes into the same gallery, at the same link.
The request box only appears when the gallery has a floor plan. For anything else, call 0414 685 933.
Videos have their own Video section on the gallery. Press play to watch it in the page, and use the Download button under it to save the file. Videos aren't in Download all. Other files we deliver are listed under Files, each with a Download button.
If the video shows a message instead:
Photos back the next business day, video up to three business days, so a video can turn up at the same link after the photos.
iGUIDE, Matterport, YouTube and Vimeo links show in a 3D tour (or Tours & video) section. Tap Open the 3D tour or Play the video to load it inside the page. It only loads when you tap, to save data on a phone. Open in a new tab opens it on its own page.
Links from other sites are listed under Links (or Files & links) and open in a new tab.
Tours are links, not files, so they aren't in Download all, and they keep working while downloads are locked. To use one on a listing, open it in a new tab and copy the address from your browser.
They mark photos where something was added, removed or replaced in editing: a day-to-dusk sky, virtual furniture, a digital tidy-up, items removed, a new sky, a greener lawn. Ordinary editing like exposure, colour and straightening doesn't get a label.
Where you'll see it:
We add these labels by hand. No label doesn't mean a photo is unedited, only that it wasn't labelled. If an edited photo is missing its label, call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media.
Our advice is to say so. The note in your zip puts it plainly: if you use an altered photo in an ad, say so. We can't give legal advice on a particular listing.
Tap Copy for your listing description above Download all. It copies a sentence like "One photo in this listing is digitally altered (day to dusk).", ready to paste into the listing.
If your gallery has a listing kit, tiles and reels that use a labelled photo carry a Digitally altered tag. On a rental, or until you've said whether it's for sale or rent, it stays on. On a sale it's on by default and you can turn it off. If you do, and a photo you've used has virtual furniture, items removed or another edit, the kit notes that Fair Trading's guidelines say an ad shouldn't add or remove features without saying so.
A twilight shoot is photographed on site at dusk. It's an add-on to a daylight photo package, booked with the shoot.
A day-to-dusk edit is made later from a daytime exterior photo, with no second visit. Because it's an edit, it usually carries a Dusk edit label in your gallery.
Day to dusk can usually be ordered after delivery from Add more services on the gallery. A twilight shoot needs us on site, so it isn't on that list, and online it only comes with a photo package. For a property we've already shot, call 0414 685 933.
This job is set to pay before download. You can still look through every photo, floor plan and tour in the gallery; the downloads, videos and files open once the invoice is paid, and so does the listing kit if your gallery has one.
Tap View & pay invoice on the gallery, or the Pay button in the email saying your photos are ready. Once the payment shows on the invoice, downloads unlock by themselves. Just refresh the page.
If it says Downloads unlock once this order is paid with no pay button, the invoice hasn't gone out yet. Email info@sabo.media or call 0414 685 933 and we'll send it.
Downloads are temporarily unavailable is different: we couldn't check the payment just then. It doesn't mean you haven't paid. Refresh in a minute.
Downloads open as soon as the payment is recorded on the invoice, so first refresh the gallery.
If you paid by bank transfer, we match it to the invoice by hand, so there can be a gap between the money leaving your account and the gallery opening. Call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media with the invoice number and we'll check it.
Also check there isn't a second invoice. If extras were added later, the job can have two, and downloads wait until both are paid. Your portal lists each invoice under the property.
More on paying under Invoices and paying.
Fair question, it catches people out. On a job set to pay before download, any invoice with money owing locks the downloads, including the photos you've already paid for. Once we invoice the extra you ordered, the gallery waits on that invoice too.
The photos stay viewable in the meantime. Pay the new invoice from View & pay invoice on the gallery or from your portal, refresh, and it all unlocks again.
Scroll to An edit, or something extra? at the bottom of the gallery and use Request a photo edit. Tap the photos that need a change, describe what you'd like (say, brighten the kitchen or straighten the horizon), add your name and an email for updates, then tap Send request.
Thanks — your edit request is in under the button means it reached us. If it says That didn't go through, so nothing was sent, nothing reached us: what you typed is still there, so try again, or call 0414 685 933. You can send a request even while downloads are waiting on payment. You can also just reply to the email saying your photos are ready.
Floor plans have their own box: see floor plan changes.
Sending a request doesn't charge anything. If a change would cost anything, we'll confirm with you before it's charged. For a quick answer on a particular change, call 0414 685 933.
There's no set time for edits, or for extras ordered from Add more services. We usually handle requests on business days and will be in touch once we've looked at yours. If you need it by a certain time, say so in the request.
After Send request, a green Thanks message shows right under the button. If a red That didn't go through, so nothing was sent shows there instead, try again, or call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media.
The gallery doesn't show the status of past requests. If you left an email address, that's where we'll let you know. You get one email once we've dealt with every photo in the request: usually Your photo edit is ready (or edits, for several photos) with a link back to the gallery, and the updated photos are in the same gallery. If we can't do some or all of it as asked, the email says so; reply to it or call 0414 685 933 to talk it through.
If the page says We've received plenty of requests on this listing already, call or email us and we'll sort it out.
Usually, yes. Use Add more services on the gallery. It lists what we can add to this property without coming back, from the same price list you booked from. Tap Add, or + for services charged per photo or per room, say which photos or rooms in the note, then tap Request these services. Our reply shows right under that button.
It's a request, not a purchase. The total shown is an estimate, inc GST, and nothing is charged until we confirm. Once we do, it's added to your order and appears on your invoice. Leave an email and we'll send one confirmation there, once we've dealt with every photo or room in the request.
When the work is done, the new photos appear in the same gallery. There's no automatic email for that, so check back at the same link. On a job set to pay before download, the extra's invoice locks downloads until it's paid: see why downloads locked again.
Once a gallery's photos are archived, the only extra it may still offer is the listing kit.
This listing is on account pricing, and those prices only show to someone signed in on an account with the same pricing. Anyone else opening the link, like a vendor or someone who isn't signed in, sees Account price.
Tap sign in to see prices under the total. You can also send the request without signing in: it's priced on the agent's account, and nothing is charged until we confirm.
Add more services lists work we can do without coming back: edits to the photos we already have, and things drawn up from plans or files you send. Anything that needs us on site isn't there, such as more photos, aerial, filmed video, a 3D tour, a twilight shoot or a measured floor plan. The Spotlight Reel isn't there either, even though it's made from the photos we already took.
For a new shoot, or a Spotlight Reel on a listing we've already shot (it's under Video, with no visit to book), use the booking form. For anything else, call 0414 685 933.
Some services need a file from you, like plans for a redraw. When you add one, a Bring a file box appears under the list. Upload the file there and send the request too, because one doesn't do the other.
It's a shortcut. Under Want this one at dusk? in the kit, Request a dusk version picks Day to Dusk in Add more services further down the page. It attaches that photo, adds a note naming it and scrolls you there. Nothing is sent until you tap Request these services, and nothing is charged until we confirm.
It's for outside shots. Pick another photo in the kit and tap it again to add that one to the same request. It doesn't appear for a photo that's already a dusk edit, or when Day to Dusk isn't on this gallery's list of extra services.
Check spam or junk for an email from SABO Media with the property address in the subject, usually ending "is ready". We usually send it when we deliver.
Then sign in to your portal. If the booking shows Photos ready with a View & download photos button, the gallery is open even without the email: tap it.
If it still says Booked, Photos in production or Finalising your photos, they haven't been delivered yet. Sometimes we set a delivery to go out at a particular time, and the gallery opens and the email goes out then. Photos back the next business day, video up to three business days.
If they should be there by now, or you'd like the email sent again, call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media.
By default it goes to the agent the booking is under, plus the office admins on your agency's account. We can usually add others, like a PA or a co-agent, when we send it. Put it under Anything we should know? when you book, or call 0414 685 933.
Everyone on it gets the same link, and anyone with that link can open the gallery. More on that under Signing in and your portal.
At least 90 days after delivery. After that the full-resolution files are archived to keep our storage tidy, so save the full set somewhere safe well before then.
First we email the agent the booking is under, with the archiving date and a Download your photos button. The files stay for at least 7 days after that email, so go by the date in it. If your downloads are waiting on payment, nothing is archived until the invoice is paid, and the email then gives you the full notice.
After archiving, the gallery link still works and the previews stay, but Download all and the download buttons go. Tour links keep working.
Download the full set before the date in the email. Tap Download your photos in it to open the gallery, then use Download all. On a big shoot that's several parts; download each one.
After that date the gallery link keeps working and the previews stay, but the full-resolution originals are removed permanently, so they can't be downloaded or sent again. Questions? Reply to the email or call 0414 685 933.
No. The previews are still on the gallery, but the full-resolution files have been removed, so they can't be downloaded from there any more, and we can't put them back on the gallery.
An archived gallery doesn't take edit requests, and the only extra it may still offer is the listing kit. Questions about that listing's photos? Call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media with the address.
3D tours and video links still work, as they're links rather than files.
It's the section under your photos headed Ready for the feed. It turns the delivered photos into social posts in your branding: tiles for each stage of the campaign, a vertical video, an Instagram carousel, clean crops and a caption ready to paste.
It has four tabs: Tiles, Reel, Carousel and Branding. The tiles, video, carousel and crops are made in your own browser from the photos, on a phone or a computer. Nothing is posted for you. You save the files and post them yourself.
On the listing's gallery, below the photos. There are three ways in:
The kit is part of the gallery link, so anyone you forward the gallery to can open it too.
On the Tiles tab:
Sizes: Story (9:16) for stories and reel covers, Portrait (4:5) for a tall feed post, Square (1:1) for feed posts anywhere, and Landscape (16:9) for Facebook and LinkedIn link posts. Download all 4 sizes (Prepare all 4 sizes on a phone) saves the same tile in every size at once.
It sits under the photos once they're delivered, headed Ready for the feed. It won't be there when:
If a card in its place offers Add the listing kit, the kit isn't on this listing's order yet. If it says the kit unlocks with the invoice, see why the kit is locked. If it says Your listing kit isn't available for these archived photos., no photo on that listing kept the web-size copy the kit works from, and that can't be undone. Questions? Call us on 0414 685 933.
If a photo in the kit didn't load, tap Try again. If it says too many photos loaded at once, wait a minute. Everyone on the same internet connection shares that limit. Otherwise call us on 0414 685 933.
No. Your choices save on their own for this listing a moment after each change: design, status, photos, framing, the price and open home lines, caption edits and this listing's own colour. Come back on another device and they're still there. Only the details on the Branding tab need a button, Save branding: name, title, phone, headshot, logo and office colour.
Two things aren't kept: a finished video and a music file you added. Make the video again when you come back.
The choices belong to the listing, not to you. Anyone with the gallery link sees the same status and settings and can change them, and the last change wins. Worth knowing before you forward the link to a vendor. What they can change on the Branding tab is narrower: see forwarding the link.
If a note says your choices couldn't be saved, everything still works on this visit, but it may not be there when you come back.
No. It comes with the photos: the kit sits under them on every delivered gallery that has photos. There's nothing to add to your booking and nothing to switch on.
If downloads on a job wait for payment, the kit waits too and opens once the invoice is paid. See why the kit is locked.
If you have a question about a Media Marketing Kit line on your booking or invoice, call us on 0414 685 933.
Pay the invoice. On jobs where downloads wait for payment, the kit waits too. Tap View & pay invoice on the card, and once the invoice shows as paid the kit opens on its own. Just refresh the gallery.
No View & pay invoice link on the card? The invoice may not have gone out yet. Call us on 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media.
Refresh the gallery first. It checks the invoices each time it loads, and the kit opens once every invoice on the job is paid in full.
Still locked? The usual reasons:
If the card says Your listing kit is temporarily unavailable, the gallery couldn't check the invoices just then. It doesn't mean you haven't paid. Refresh in a minute, and if it stays that way, call us on 0414 685 933.
Usually, yes. The kit runs on web-size copies of your photos, which we keep for at least 365 days after delivery, so tiles and reels keep working after the full-size files go. A note above the kit says when it's running on those copies.
A photo without a web-size copy drops out of the kit, and the note says how many are left. If none of the photos kept a copy, which is usually an older gallery, the kit can't run for that listing and won't again: the gallery shows Your listing kit isn't available for these archived photos. Questions? Call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media.
More on archiving under Your photos and downloads.
The tile starts with the gallery's first photo. On a rental, or before you've said whether it's for sale or for rent, it starts with the first photo that isn't tagged as edited instead. The reel starts with the gallery's first six photos, opening on an untagged one on a rental, and the carousel with your tile's photo and the next ones in the gallery.
Tap another photo to change it. Your picks are saved with the listing.
Some designs need something on file. Until they have it, the tile shows another design, and the note under the preview says what's missing:
Use Details on the Tiles tab. On a phone, for a sale, it's folded up as More details (price, open home, headline…). Only what you type goes on the tile. Leave a line blank to keep it off.
Bedrooms and bathrooms from the booking can't be changed in the kit. If they're wrong, call us on 0414 685 933 and we can correct the job.
Drag the photo inside the tile preview. The framing is kept for that photo and used in the reel, the carousel and the crops too. With a keyboard, the arrow keys nudge it. Reset framing puts it back in the centre.
On a phone, a sideways drag works straight away. To move it up or down, tap Reframe up or down first. Until you tap Done, the page won't scroll over the photo.
A photo only moves in a direction where it's bigger than the tile. One reminder the kit gives you: reframing is for the feed, not for hiding things. A crop that leaves out a power pole or a defect can still mislead.
Under Listing, tap the new status. Sales have Just listed, For sale, Open home, Auction, Price reduced, Under offer, Sold and Coming soon. Rentals have For lease, Open home and Leased.
The status saves with the listing, so it's where you left it next time. Anyone else with the gallery link sees the same.
The price line stays on the tile under every status. If you don't want the price on a Sold, Under offer or Leased tile, clear it (Price or guide, or Rent on a rental) before you save. The caption leaves the price out for those statuses on its own.
On the day of an open home, tick Say "Open today" instead of "Open home" under the Open home line in Details. It switches back the next day.
The kit asks Is this one for sale or for rent? first, because sales and rentals have different rules for the price line. Until you answer, the status buttons stay hidden and nothing with text can be saved. The kit says "Choose for sale or for rent first."
If the booking suggested a rental, For rent is picked for you and the kit says it guessed from the booking. Change it if that's wrong. Switching between sale and rent resets a status that only belongs to the other one.
One tile for each stage of the listing, in the size you're on: Just listed, Open home, Under offer and Sold for a sale, or For lease, Open home and Leased for a rental.
Your headline stays on the current status's tile only. The others get their own status word. If you've typed a price line, it goes on every tile in the set.
Each tile is checked before it's made. If one would break a rule, for example the rent line on the For lease tile, the kit says which tile and what to change. On a phone it's two taps, Prepare the campaign and then save or share it. On a computer it downloads as one zip.
Something on the listing breaks a rule the kit checks. While it does, nothing with text can be saved or copied: tiles, the campaign, the carousel, the video or the caption. The reason sits right above the buttons, with Fix it to take you to the line to change.
The usual reasons:
No reason showing? The photo may still be loading, or another save is still running, so give it a moment. The clean crops under Just the photos carry no text, so the checks never hold them up.
One weekly figure in Rent, written with "per week". The rent line is flagged for a range, a second figure, words like "offers", "negotiable", "POA" or "contact agent", or "from", a plus sign or "minimum". If you've typed only a number, tap Use "… per week". A note saying there's no rent bidding is fine.
The headline, the open home line and an edited caption get a lighter check, for bidding words, ranges and "from" next to an amount, and an edited caption has to keep the rent. An exact bond, fee or parking amount is fine. If the kit isn't sure an amount is a second rent, it asks and lets you carry on.
This applies to a rental under For lease or Open home. Outside NSW these are warnings, not blocks. The checks catch common slips, but the ad is still yours to check.
Because the listing is a NSW sale. The kit's note says a property in NSW can't be advertised or promoted for sale until the contract for sale is prepared. Tick The contract for sale is prepared under Listing once it is. The tick is saved with the listing.
Until it's ticked, the kit shows a reminder but still lets you save, except a Coming soon post. That one can't be saved until it's ticked, because a Coming soon post promotes the sale.
The checks catch common slips, but the ad is still yours to check.
They're warnings, not blocks, so you can still save. "Won't last", "selling fast" or "multiple offers" read as sales claims, which is what Fair Trading looks at. Wording about who a place suits, like "ideal for…" or "families", suggests who can or can't apply, which NSW ads shouldn't do. The kit suggests leaving them off. Your call.
The kit reads only what you type: the headline, the price, open home and auction lines, and a caption you've edited.
Other warnings you may see:
On a sale, yes. Untick Label digitally altered photos. It shows on the Tiles (in Details), Reel and Carousel tabs when the photos you've picked include one we've tagged as edited. It's one setting for the whole listing: tiles, video, carousel, crops and the caption line.
On a rental it stays on, and it's also on until you've said whether the listing is for sale or for rent. The kit's note says rental ads should say when a photo has been digitally altered.
If you switch it off on a sale where a photo has virtual furniture, items removed or another edit, the kit notes that Fair Trading's guidelines say an ad shouldn't add or remove features without saying so. Your call.
Open the gallery in Safari. Tap Save to Photos, then choose to save the image on the share sheet that opens.
Sets, like all four sizes, the campaign or the carousel, take two taps. The first (Prepare…) makes the files, and the second (Save … to Photos) opens the share sheet. iPhone only lets a page open the share sheet straight after a tap, which is why it's split. If the share sheet doesn't open, tap the button again.
For the reel, tap Make the video first, then Save to Photos. Download MP4 saves it as a file instead.
Those apps open links in their own built-in browser, and it can't save files to your phone. So the kit shows no save buttons there. It says to open the page in Safari on an iPhone, or Chrome on Android, instead.
Tap Copy link, then paste it into Safari or Chrome, or use the app's menu to open the page in your browser. The video can't be made inside those apps either.
On Android, Share opens your phone's share sheet, for apps such as Instagram, Messages or Drive. The Download … instead link beside it saves the file to your downloads. Sets take two taps: prepare, then share.
On a computer, including a touch-screen laptop with a mouse or trackpad, one click downloads. A single tile comes as a PNG and a set as one zip, in your browser's downloads folder. The file names include the address.
If you change anything after preparing a set, the prepared files are dropped so what you save always matches the preview. That's why a button can go back to Prepare….
On the Reel tab:
It's made on your device as a 1080 × 1920 MP4. On a phone that takes a little while, so keep the page open until it's done. Leaving the page cancels it.
It ends on a card with your details, or "Thanks for looking." if it's unbranded. The second photo carries your price line, so clear it before making a Sold video if you don't want the price in it. Change anything afterwards and the finished video is cleared, so make it again before you save.
Open the gallery in Safari 17 or newer on an iPhone or iPad, or in Chrome or Edge on a computer, or tap Make tiles instead. The video is made on your own device, so the browser has to be able to build it. Other browsers may or may not, and the Reel tab checks for you.
Other messages you might see:
Yes, if it's your own file. Under Music, tap Add a music file (optional)… and pick an MP3, M4A, AAC or WAV of up to 15 MB. We don't supply music, so use a track you have the rights to. Or leave it off and add audio in Instagram when you post.
The music isn't in Preview. It goes in when you tap Make the video. A long track is cut to the video's length and fades out at the end, and a short one loops. Adding, changing or removing the music clears a finished video, so make it again. The file isn't kept, so add it again if you come back later.
If the Music section says this browser can't add a music track, add it in Instagram when you post.
On the Carousel tab, tap the photos in the order they should appear, up to 8. By default it opens with your cover tile from the Tiles tab and ends with your card. Tick Add the floor plan if the gallery has an image plan. That's up to 11 slides, all 4:5 portrait.
Save the slides from Save. On a phone it's two taps, prepare and then save. On a computer they download as one zip. In Instagram, start a new post and select the slides in order, then paste the caption from the Caption box.
No card at the end? It's left off when Unbranded is ticked, or when there's no name, agency or logo to put on it.
Yes. Use Just the photos at the bottom of the Carousel tab. Pick Story 9:16, Portrait 4:5 or Square 1:1, tap up to 20 photos, and save them. They use the same framing as your tiles.
They carry no text, apart from a small "Digitally altered" tag on photos we've tagged as edited. On a sale you can switch that off with Label digitally altered photos. On a rental it stays. The crops have no agency name or rent on them, so put those in the post's caption. With no text on them, the checks never hold them up.
Yes, the top part: the headline, address and listing facts in the Caption box. Your edit is kept for this listing under the status you wrote it for, so switching to Sold shows Sold's caption, not your Just listed one.
The lines underneath are added for you and can't be edited in the box. They update themselves when your details change. See what those lines are.
If you change a detail after editing, the kit says "Your details changed since you edited this. Reset to update it." Reset puts the generated caption back. On Sold, Under offer and Leased, the caption leaves out the price, open home and auction lines.
Not in the Caption box. They're added from the listing each time you copy, so change them where they come from, or edit them after you paste into Instagram or Facebook.
If the button is greyed out, something needs fixing first. The reason is just above it, with Fix it.
If the app you're in blocks copying, the kit says "The clipboard isn't available here" and selects the part you can edit. Copy that from the keyboard, then the lines underneath. Opening the gallery in Safari or Chrome usually avoids this.
Open the Branding tab, change Name, Title or Phone, add or change the Headshot, and tap Save branding. Headshots are PNG, JPG or WebP under 3 MB, and tiles show them in a circle. Leave Phone blank to keep a phone number off the tiles. Your email is never printed.
Signed in as yourself or as your office's admin, the save goes to the account and your other listings use it too. From a gallery link without signing in, it can only fill details that are empty. If yours are already set, what you type is kept for this listing only, and the tab says so.
This only changes what's printed on the kit. The phone and email we use to contact and invoice you stay as they are. To change those, call us on 0414 685 933.
The kit picks whose details to show in this order: someone entered just for this listing, then the listing agent we've set on the job, then whoever booked. If the booking came through an office admin's account, it shows only the agency until an agent is added.
To change it for this listing, open Branding, and under Whose details go on the tiles pick Someone else, just for this listing. Type their name, title and phone, add a headshot if you like, then tap Save branding.
If the agent has their own account with us, call us on 0414 685 933 and we'll set them as the listing agent on the job, so their saved details are used.
On the Branding tab, under The office. Signed in as your office's admin, Office logo and Office colour change for every listing at your agency.
Anyone else, including someone with only the gallery link, gets Logo for this listing instead, and a colour that applies to this listing only. The tab explains this and offers a Sign in link. If your office has no admin login with us, add the logo for this listing and call us on 0414 685 933. We can make it the office's from there.
Logos are PNG, JPG or WebP under 3 MB, and a PNG with a transparent background looks best. With no colour set, the tiles use our warm neutral. Use a different colour on this listing changes only this listing's tiles and reel.
Partly. Once your name, title, phone or headshot has been saved for your kit (on the kit's Branding tab, or by us), someone with just the link can't replace it: what they type goes on this listing only. But a detail that has never been saved can be filled in from the link, and it's then used on your other listings too. Until a name or phone has been saved for your kit, the ones on your tiles come from your account with us, so someone with the link could set different ones. The office logo and colour change only for your office's admin, signed in. From a link, they apply to this listing only.
They can change this listing's kit, though: the status, photos, captions and the details on this listing's tiles, the same as you can. Branding changes made from a gallery are logged against the job, so if something looks wrong, call us on 0414 685 933.
Yes. Tick Unbranded — no name or logo in Details on the Tiles tab. It's on the Reel tab too. Tiles and the video then carry no agent name, phone, headshot, logo or agency name, the caption's Enquiries line keeps only the agency, and the video ends with "Thanks for looking." The Agent design and the carousel's end card aren't available unbranded.
NSW ads need the licensee's name. On an unbranded post it's only in the caption, and a story has no caption. So before you post an unbranded story, the kit reminds you to add the agency name in your own template. For the unbranded video, it reminds you to add it in your own edit or post the video with the caption.
Credit SABO Media (small, in a corner) is off unless you tick it. With it on, you can also tick Add @sabo.au to the credit, which puts "Photography: SABO Media (@sabo.au)" in the caption.
Yes, if your floor plan came as an image. Pick the Floor plan design on the Tiles tab for the plan on a clean page with your details underneath. Tick End with the floor plan on the Reel tab, or Add the floor plan on the Carousel tab. With more than one plan you choose which, and the choice is shared by all three.
No Floor plan design? The gallery has no image plan. If the plan only came as a PDF, the kit says so. Ask us for an image version on 0414 685 933 or at info@sabo.media.
If your gallery has a 3D tour, it's added for you. The caption gets a "3D tour:" line with the link, and the video's end card says "3D tour: see the listing."
Both come from one switch, Mention the 3D tour on the Reel tab. It's on unless you untick it, and unticking it takes the link out of the caption on every tab too.
Any of these opens the same online tax invoice:
There's nothing to pay when you book: we invoice after the shoot, so a booking shows no invoice until we've issued one. Office admins also see the invoices billed to their office. For a statement of everything outstanding, email info@sabo.media and ask for one.
Open the invoice from its email or from your portal. The link works without signing in.
Below the balance, the invoice lists the ways you can pay right now: a card button, a bank transfer box with our account details and the reference to use, or both. If it shows neither, it asks you to contact us: call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media.
Within 7 days of the invoice date. The due date is printed next to the issue date on the invoice, and it's in the invoice email too.
There's nothing to pay when you book: we invoice after the shoot. There's no late fee (more). Questions about an invoice? Call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media.
No. We don't charge a late fee or interest. An invoice past its due date still shows what's owing, and nothing is added to it.
If you can't pay by the due date, call us on 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media.
Open the invoice and press Print / Save PDF at the bottom, then choose Save as PDF in the print window. On an iPhone, use the share button on the print screen to save it to Files. The buttons are left off the printout.
We don't attach a PDF to the invoice email. The email has the line items and totals in it, plus a link to the invoice page.
For a record of payment, open the invoice once it's paid. It's still headed Tax invoice, and now shows the amount under Paid, a zero balance and Paid — thank you. Print or save that version for your records.
This invoice has been cancelled means we've cancelled that invoice, usually because we replaced it with a corrected one. The page doesn't show the old amounts any more. If we've issued a new one, it's in your portal, which lists only invoices that are still current.
A page that says it can't be found is different: usually the link was cut short or mistyped. If you copied it out of an email, make sure the whole link came across, or open the invoice from your portal instead.
Already paid the cancelled one, or not sure which invoice to pay? Call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media with the property address and we'll sort out the right one.
The invoice bills what's on your order when we issue it, so it differs from the booking total if the order changed in between. Usually that's one of these:
If something is added after we've issued your invoice, it goes on a second invoice instead, so check your portal for both.
Each line on the invoice says what it's for. If one looks wrong, see Something on my invoice is wrong — can you fix it?.
Talk to us first: call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media. If the invoice has a card button, it always pays the whole balance, so it can't take a part payment.
Once a part payment is recorded, the invoice shows it under Paid and the rest as Balance due.
Each booking gets its own invoice after the shoot, and they aren't combined into a monthly invoice automatically. If your office would like a different billing arrangement, call 0414 685 933 to talk it through.
To see everything your office owes in one place, your office admin can check the portal, which lists the invoices billed to your office. Or email info@sabo.media and ask for a statement of everything outstanding.
Yes. Invoices aren't emailed automatically when they're issued, so yours may not have gone out yet, or it may have gone to a different address.
Search your inbox and spam for "Tax invoice" from SABO Media. Issued invoices also show on their booking in your portal, ready to view and pay. Otherwise call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media, tell us the address to use, and we'll send it.
Yes. Email info@sabo.media with your accounts team's address and we'll add it when we send your invoice. We add addresses invoice by invoice rather than keeping a standing list, so mention it on later bookings too. Everyone we send to goes on the one email, so they'll see each other's addresses.
You can also forward the invoice email yourself. Anyone with the link can open the invoice and pay it without signing in, so only forward it to people who should see it.
If your accounts person is set up as an office admin for your agency, they can see every invoice billed to your office in the portal, along with the office's bookings and photos. Call 0414 685 933 to set that up.
Need it made out to your agency's legal name, or to carry a PO number? See Can you put our company name or a PO number on the invoice?.
Usually one of two things:
Each invoice has its own number, due date and pay link. In your portal, a booking with more than one current invoice shows a button for each, named by its invoice number. Not sure which is which? Call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media.
Our invoice emails come from SABO Media, usually with the property address in the subject, and the button opens the invoice on this website, where you can check the amount and how to pay.
If anything looks off, or an email asks you to pay into different bank details, hold off and call us on 0414 685 933 to check before you pay.
Bank transfers aren't matched automatically. Once the money reaches our account we record it by hand, and only then does the invoice change to Paid and its button in your portal change to View invoice · paid.
Transfers between banks can take a while to land, so a short gap is normal. If you'd like us to check, call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media with the invoice number and the date you paid.
Waiting on photo downloads? See Your photos and downloads.
Not at the moment. Your invoice shows how to pay: our bank transfer details, or where those aren't shown, a note to contact us.
The View invoice button in the invoice email opens that same invoice. If bank transfer doesn't suit, call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media.
Yes. Every price on the booking form, in your booking confirmation and on your invoices includes GST.
The invoice shows Total (inc GST) and, under it, how much of that total is GST (Total includes GST). The GST is one-eleventh of the total.
Each invoice is headed Tax invoice with its number, and shows our business name and ABN under From, the issue date, and the GST included in the total. Our ABN is also printed at the foot of the booking form.
If an invoice shows ABN pending instead of a number, call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media before you file it and we'll sort it out.
Need your own business name or ABN on it? See Can you put our company name or a PO number on the invoice?.
Yes. We can set the Bill to name, for example your agency's legal name and ABN, and add a comment such as an order or PO number. Both print on the invoice and appear in the invoice email.
We set these on each invoice, not once for your account, so ask each time you need them, or put them in Anything we should know? when you book. Already sent? Ask us to update it, and the same invoice link then shows the change. Call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media.
The due date has passed and the invoice still shows a balance. Once it's paid, the badge changes to Paid.
If you've already paid by bank transfer, it may not be recorded yet. See I paid by bank transfer — why does the invoice still say it's due?.
No, we don't send automatic payment reminders, so go by the due date printed on the invoice. Any reminder you get before a shoot is about the shoot, not the invoice.
To see what's still owing, open your portal: a booking with an unpaid invoice shows Pay invoice with the amount. The email saying your photos are ready showed what was owing when we sent it, so the portal is the up-to-date place.
Talk to us: call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media with the invoice number and what's happened, and we'll go through it with you. There's no refund or credit-note option in your portal or on the invoice.
If the problem is an amount on an invoice you haven't paid yet, see Something on my invoice is wrong — can you fix it?.
Booking cancelled and still invoiced? See My booking was cancelled — why is there still an invoice for it?.
Yes. Tell us before you pay if you can: call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media with the invoice number.
A name or PO number can be changed on the same invoice. If an amount is wrong, we usually cancel that invoice and issue a corrected one. The new one appears in your portal, and the old link then says the invoice has been cancelled.
Already paid it? Still call us, and we'll sort it out with you directly.
Call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media with the invoice number and how you paid each time, and we'll check and sort out the extra with you.
Don't wait for the invoice to show it: an invoice never records more than its total, so the second payment won't appear there.
Cancelling a booking doesn't cancel an invoice already issued for it. We cancel invoices by hand, so call 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media with the invoice number and we'll check it with you.
If a cancellation fee applies (for cancelling inside 24 hours of the shoot), it's billed like anything else, as its own line on an invoice. More on that in Changing or cancelling.
Photos back the next business day, video up to three business days.
When they're ready, the gallery link usually comes by email. If you sign in to your portal, the booking shows Photos ready with a View & download photos button.
Everything you can book is on the booking form, with prices, grouped by type: for example photo packages, twilight photography, aerial photos, video, floor plans and iGUIDE 3D tours.
Something you can't see there? Call us on 0414 685 933 and ask.
Call us on 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media. Replying to any email we send you reaches the same inbox, and our emails come from SABO Media.
If your booking email has a Manage your booking online link, that's the quickest way to change or cancel, up to 24 hours before the shoot. After that, call us. More in Changing or cancelling.
For a quick answer first, tap the ? in the bottom corner of the page you're on. It's on every page except the help page.
Plan on the next business day, not the weekend. Our turnaround is counted in business days: photos back the next business day, video up to three business days.
If you need the photos by a particular time, say for a launch or an open home, put it in Anything we should know? when you book, or call us on 0414 685 933.
Mile or Isaac. We're a father-and-son team, and it's one of us who comes out to the property.
If you need to know which of us it'll be, call us on 0414 685 933.
No, as long as we can get in. How do we get in? on the booking form covers it: you meet us there, a lockbox or key safe on site, we pick up a key from your office, someone's home, or it's vacant and unlocked.
Put lockbox codes and anything else we need in Anything we should know?. The reminder the day before asks you to have the property ready.
Our before-the-shoot guide has a room-by-room checklist: cars off the driveway, bins away, benches clear and so on. It's written for the vendor, so you can forward it.
If the property is tenanted, or you're not sure what can be moved, call us on 0414 685 933 before the shoot.
Under How do we get in?, pick Occupied — tenant or owner home, even if there's also a lockbox or a key to collect. That tells us someone lives there before we arrive.
Put the rest in Anything we should know?: the lockbox code or key arrangements, who'll be home, pets, and anything the tenant or owner has asked for. If it's easier to explain, call us on 0414 685 933.
In NSW, if a tenant's things show in the photos, yes: you need their written consent, and you need to give them a free copy, before you post.
That's a reminder, not legal advice. The ad is still yours to check, so confirm the current rules with NSW Fair Trading or your office's compliance contact. We can't advise on what a tenant has to agree to.
Because the booking said the home is occupied. When How do we get in? was set to Occupied — tenant or owner home, the kit shows a tenant-consent reminder above the save buttons on the Tiles, Reel and Carousel tabs.
If the listing is set to For rent and the booking wasn't marked occupied, you'll see an “If a tenant still lives here” version instead. The kit may pick For rent for you from the booking, and you can change it. A sale that wasn't marked occupied gets no reminder, so check for yourself whether someone still lives there.
It's information only. Nothing is ticked or recorded when you read it.
Call us on 0414 685 933 and we'll go through our insurance and drone details with you before you book.
Because we recently delivered media for one of your properties. About 2 days after we deliver a gallery and let you know it's ready, we send one email asking for a Google review, on a weekday during business hours.
The ask is the same for everyone, however the job went, and nothing comes with it: no discount, no reward. Write what you actually think, or ignore it. We won't chase you about it.
We ask once per job at most, and if we've asked you recently, we skip you even when you've had another delivery since.
Use the Stop review requests link at the bottom of the email. It opens a page with one button: press Stop review requests and it's done. You don't need to sign in.
That only stops review requests. Delivery emails and invoices still come as normal.
If the page says there have been too many tries, wait a few minutes and press it again. If it still won't save, email info@sabo.media.
A 3D tour of the property and a measured floor plan with room measurements. Booked with photos, we scan it in the same visit.
When it's delivered, the tour usually sits in your gallery behind an Open the 3D tour button, and only loads from iGUIDE when you tap it. There's an Open in a new tab link beside it too.
The floor plan is measured, but it's a marketing plan, not a survey. If you need survey-grade measurements, use a surveyor.
On the agents' booking form, iGUIDE is under 3D Tours. Booked on its own, you pick the property's size. Once daylight photography or a package is in your booking, the sizes are replaced by a single with a photo package line, priced for booking it with photos.
There's also a package with photos and an iGUIDE tour together, under Packages. For a property over 600 m², call us on 0414 685 933 for a price.
Call us on 0414 685 933 and we'll confirm both for your property.
A widescreen (16:9) video cut from the photos we already took for the listing, with your agency's branding on the opening and closing titles, and music. There's no second visit, so you don't pick a shoot time for it.
It's for listings we photographed. You'll find it under Video on the booking form, with its price.
No. It's widescreen (16:9) only, and we don't make a vertical cut of it.
For timing, call us on 0414 685 933. If you need it by a particular day, put that in Anything we should know? when you book.
No. The listing kit's Reel tab makes a short vertical video in your browser, from 4 to 8 photos you pick, sized for stories and reels.
The Spotlight Reel is a widescreen video we edit for you, with your agency's titles and music, booked under Video on the booking form.
We keep the copyright. Our terms give you a royalty-free licence to use the photos for promotional purposes, in any media, anywhere.
Using them for anything else, or for something other than what they were shot for, needs our OK first, and a copyright fee may apply. If you're not sure a use is covered, call us on 0414 685 933.
Ask us first. Our terms give the licence to you, our client, for promotional purposes, and any other use needs our OK.
If a vendor or landlord wants to use the photos, call us on 0414 685 933 and we'll sort out what works.
Only if they buy them from us. Under our terms, once the agency agreement ends, another agency has to buy the photos from us to use them, whoever paid for the shoot in the first place. Ask them to call us on 0414 685 933.
Other websites can buy them from us too, priced by how they'll be used and for how long. For anything like that, call us.
No. The kit has a Credit SABO Media (small, in a corner) tick, and it starts off. Turn it on only if you want a small photo credit on what you make.
We use your name, email, mobile, office and the property details to run your bookings: confirmations, reminders, your gallery and your invoices. After a delivery we may also email you once asking for a Google review.
Some of it passes through the services we use for that: our database and hosting, a map service for address suggestions and drive times, our email and text providers, our own Google Calendar and, if you pay by card, the card payment provider. If our site hits an error, a report may go to an error-tracking service, with email addresses, mobile numbers and the private links to your gallery, invoices and booking stripped out where we can.
Our privacy policy is on our main site, and the gallery footer links to it. For anything it doesn't answer, email info@sabo.media.
Just us. What you put under How do we get in? and Anything we should know? is saved on the booking for our team, and goes in the booking alert we get by email.
It isn't repeated in your confirmation email, your gallery or your listing kit, so forwarding those doesn't pass on a lockbox code. If a code changes, call us on 0414 685 933.
Anyone with the link. Gallery links open without signing in, so whoever you forward one to can see and download the photos, and send us edit or extras requests on your listing. Forward it only to people you'd hand the photos to.
We ask search engines not to list these pages. Embedded 3D tours, and YouTube or Vimeo videos, load from iGUIDE, Matterport, YouTube or Vimeo only when someone taps to open them.
Ask us. Email info@sabo.media or call 0414 685 933 and tell us what you'd like to see or change. If you'd like something removed, say so and we'll tell you what we can do.
That's the address our emails are sent from, with SABO Media as the sender name. Replying reaches us at info@sabo.media.
Our links for your gallery, your booking, your invoices and signing in open on book.sabo.media. If an email looks off, or asks you to pay into different bank details, call us on 0414 685 933 before you act on it.
Yes. Book on the booking form. To see your bookings, photos and invoices here, sign in with an emailed link: enter the email you book with and we'll email you a link that signs you in. You don't need a password.
The links in our emails, for your gallery, managing your booking and paying an invoice, open straight on this site without signing in.
Orders made through a different SABO Media link may not show in your portal here. If you usually order that way, or you're after an older order, call us on 0414 685 933.
You haven't done anything wrong. To keep out spam, the booking form, file uploads and parts of your gallery only allow so many tries in a few minutes. The count is per internet connection, so everyone in an office on the same connection shares it.
Wait a minute and try again. The booking form keeps what you've entered. If it asks for your name even though you've booked before, that can be the same limit: fill it in, and the booking still goes on your existing account. If address suggestions stop appearing, type the address in full.
On a gallery, “We've received plenty of requests on this listing already” can mean the same thing, or that the listing already has a lot of open requests. Call us on 0414 685 933 or email info@sabo.media and we'll sort it out.
Wait a few minutes, go back to the gallery and try again. Downloads are limited per internet connection and per gallery, so a busy office, or a gallery lots of people are downloading from, can hit the limit.
On a big shoot the download comes in parts, and each part counts as one download. If you've just downloaded several, give it a few minutes before the next. If a watermarked photo says “Couldn't add the watermark just now”, or a resized photo comes out at full size, wait a minute and try again. “This device couldn't add the watermark to this photo” is different: waiting won't help, so pick a smaller download size or use a computer.
